With the massive success of Facebook’s sponsored stories system, LinkedIn has clearly taken some pointers. It’s a nearly identical system. Except that for now, you’ll need an invite to LinkedIn’s beta.

LinkedIn has also taken cues from Twitter’s recent advertising launch by providing “best practices” videos. Similar to Twitter’s case study videos. You’ll find tips, live examples, and how to videos on all thing’s “sponsored update” related here.
