  1. I believe the webpage load speed should be around 1.5 seconds. 4 seconds is too much and too slow.

    Also I think the keywords should also be inside H2 tags as well as text.

    However, over-optimisation is risk. I read somewhere that if you have the keyword more than 1% of the time, it is a bit risky
