When you get involved in the training and education fields you come across your fair share of complainers. Inevitably there are always people that refuse to let go of their fears and move forward.
Are you one of those people?
More people are guilty of it than you might think. You might even catch “successful” people building up mental roadblocks from time to time.
Do you know what a mental roadblock is? Of course you do. It’s exactly what that creepy little kid in the Matrix was talking about – “there is no spoon” (for the sci-fi geeks)
It’s that nagging internal voice that stops you from building your first landing page because you “don’t know how” or you’re “not good with copywriting.” Instead you open up your browser and read more sales pages hoping to find the one that will make you rich overnight.
Yeah, that’s gonna help you move forward.
Quit your bitchin. Let go of the fear and make a move.
The best thing you could ever do for your affiliate career is to make a move and FAIL. That’s the only way you’re going to learn the real lessons. Accumulate enough of those lessons and something crazy happens. You become an overnight success.
It’s weird how that happens.
Look, I understand everyone needs a little inspiration from time to time. Everyone needs a little something to get the blood pumpin. That’s fair enough (so long as you’re not spending your whole day looking for it).
So in the spirit of saving some time so you can get to making a move here’s a bit of inspiration…
I read a great blog post over on revivedmedia.net recently. It’s about an affiliate that took action and was rewarded to the tune of $33,872.10 in 60 days. You’ll find some amazing real world advice in the post. But before you get to that I want to point out the words of wisdom shared at the very beginning of the post.
It goes somethin’ like this…
Just do it already. Get a grip, get with the program.
Sound familiar? It’s the biggest secret to success of all time.
You can read the entire post here. It’s not to be missed.
